WHAT: Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby's sleep.

During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself. No yoga is experience required.

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga was created by Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator, yoga teacher, and mother. Classes are taught by Hilarie Hsu, a trained Itsy Bitsy Yoga Facilitator.

Kidz Love Soccer offers an exceptional, field-tested curriculum that incorporates imaginative games, skill demonstrations and scrimmages in a high-energy, motivating and non-competitive environment. Our enthusiastic and experienced team of instructors love teaching kids, and are great ambassadors for soccer and sports.

Mommy/Daddy & Me

(2 to 3 ½ years)

Mommy/Daddy & Me classes are a fun and positive introduction to soccer for our youngest players and their parents! Our age-appropriate and field tested curriculum engages youngsters with entertaining activities that promote motor skill development and cognitive ability.

With a parent participating by their side, kids will have fun learning basic soccer skills like chasing, running, kicking and listening.

Mommy/Daddy & Me classes are 30 minutes long, and meet once a week. Adult participation is required.

Tot-Soccer

(3 ½ to 4 years)

Chase the ball! Tot-Soccer helps kids learn to be part of a structured group activity without a parent by their side. Realizing this can be difficult for young children, our field-tested, age specific curriculum builds confidence and promotes physical development in a safe, supportive and fun environment.

Tot Soccer focuses on helping kids develop their large motor skills through skill demonstrations and entertaining games like Bugs in the House! These games build skill and self-esteem and prepare tots to start running and kicking – just like the big kids!

Tot-Soccer classes are 30 minutes long and meet once a week.

Drop in playdate to explore gymnastics equipment, trampoline, parachute and more fun as a parent participation class with gymnastics equipment! Time: 11 am FEE: $5.00/Gen. Members; $3.00 for OHM's.

Physical Playdate: Encore Gymnastics Itty Bitty Buddy Blast!

The Itty Bitty Buddy Blast is a Parent Participation, high energy, exploratory gymnastics event. Each week has a different theme with creative circuits where your child can explore and learn new skills. Your child will learn: balance, climbing, jumping, swinging, hand/eye and foot/eye coordination, patterning, timing, and spatial awareness, plus much more!

Itty Bitty Buddy Blast is a monthly, drop-in, interactive "mom-and-me" play hour. Encore's fun staff will be on-hand to supervise you and your little one as you explore gymnastics and enjoy the equipment together. This event is open to ages 1 to 5 years. Pay at the door: $3 members, $5 non-members.

Couples Yoga Retreat Night with Childcare

Join Founder and Yoga Instructor, Michelle Long, for a special Date Night at Bloom. We will start the night off with a Couples Yoga class, and end with wine time and socializing. This is your time to retreat and enjoy each other while your children are cared for in our amazing playroom!

Couples Yoga brings two people together in a way that is playful, challenging, and relaxing. The practice combines new and familiar yoga postures with conscious breathing, partner stretching, and massage. It can help build trust and communication, and presents an opportunity to connect and play with those we love. After class sit together, have a cup of tea or a glass of wine and enjoy some much needed time as a couple. Bring your kids in their pajamas for a pajama fiesta! They will enjoy crafts, story time, puppet shows, and organic nut-free treats!
